Family Outreach Project

BCCAP provides training, support and supervision to family workers in Abbott-contracted child care centers to ensure effective service delivery to families.

Post-TANF Outreach, Information and Referral Program

Provides information and referral to Post-TANF individuals to help them maintain self-sufficiency.

Client Advocacy

Advocate on behalf of clients with utility companies, landlords, mortgage companies, and other social service agencies.

Community Organization

Groups are organized to identify and resolve local issues and concerns that impact on the self-sufficiency of the low-income community.

Community Education and Technical Assistance

BCCAP provides training information to local community groups, assists with research projects, and provides information on issues of importance to the community.
