The information on this page is for Child Care Providers and families.  We will post all relevant information as it is received about the CoVid19 pandemic.  Please note that the BCAP is still providing services .  Customers are not permitted inside the buildings.  This is for the safety of the staff and community.  We have drop boxes for paperwork and encourage emailing for communication.

Information for Emergency Child Care Assistance Program (ECCAP) for Essential Workers, Health Care Providers & First Responders who need Child Care Services:

All interested families need to go online and fill out an application at https://www.childcarenj.gov/Child-Care-for-COVID-19/Burlington

After your inquiry is sent to BCAP, one of our representatives will contact you.

Information required:

Parent Agreement Form (will be sent to you from BCAP)

Proof of Residency

Proof that you are an ESSENTIAL WORKER and currently working

If you are not already enrolled with a provider, BCAP has a list of Approved Child Care Centers to assist you.  Email Chris Morrison at chmorrison@bccap.org for your options. 

Information for Emergency Child Care Assistance Program (ECCAP) Information for APPROVED Child Care Centers:

All approved centers need to contact Chris Morrison IMMEDIATELY.  Chris needs to be in full communication with the providers through every step.

 What you need to do:

Fill out the ECCAP Program Enrollment Form and email it back to Chris

Let Chris know how many slots your center has available and hours of operation

Email Chris your Attendance Logs EVERY Friday.  Subsidy families do not use the ECC systems to swipe in/out.  The Attendance Logs are the only way a provider will be paid.  Timely payment will depend on timely submission of the Attendance Logs.

Parents MUST sign in and out every day!

 

Cleaning & Sanitization Grants: 

Providers can apply for grants that will reimburse up to $2,000 for cleaning and sanitation efforts.

Child Care Centers need to apply through NJCCIS.

Family Child Care Providers need to apply through BCAP by contacting Sue Fenick at sfenick@bccap.org.

Symptomatic Burlington County residents only. You must call 609-726-7097 to make an appointment. Do not come to the site if you do not have an appointment.
Site operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
